Growing up Hank spent his days playing with his brother, exploring the forest, and playing baseball. During his teen years, he worked for a construction company building homes in the summers and playing Varsity football and baseball during the academic year. Hank graduated from Oak Park Christian School and was valedictorian of his class. He then went on to attend the University of South Alabama when he focused on a business degree.
His love for hard work soon took hold of him when he had the opportunity to start Bay Landscaping, Inc. in 2007 and grow it from a one man show to doubling in size after just the first year due to his quality of work and professionalism. It has continued to grow each year and push forward as a leader in the landscaping industry in the Mobile area. Hanks drive and energy is what pushes Bay Landscaping, Inc. forward and helps lead the team and company.
Today Hank leads Bay Landscaping, Inc. with almost 30 landscape professionals behind him and pushes himself and the company to exhibit Quality, Professionalism, Efficiency, Accountability, and Safety at every turn.
Fun Fact: Hank is a husband and father of three children. He spends most of his free time with his family and when the wind is blowing just right he is out surfing the waves of Dauphin Island. Hank also enjoys fishing, Crossfit, traveling, and other outdoor activities.
Bill Robinson was born and raised right here in Mobile Alabama. He attended high school at Living Word Church, and went on to attend the University of South Alabama, and the University of Mobile. He is currently married to the lovely Jaclyn and has 5 children, 6 if you count their Golden Retriever- Sadie. Bill has always had a love for landscaping and lawn care. He previously owned his own lawn care business, and has served as a manger for other maintenance companies prior to joining Bay Landscaping, Inc. as an Operations Manager.
Fun Fact: Bill enjoys playing the drums and riding motorcycles, but his favorite pastime is watching his kids play baseball.
Landscape Architect - RLA, ASLA
Landscape Architect and artist, Camilla H. Latady, acquired more than 20 years of professional design experience prior to joining Bay Landscaping in April 2017. Her expansive portfolio includes projects throughout the Southeast region. From urban streetscapes and parks, institutes of higher education, and commercial developments, to historic renovations, private subdivisions and residences, Latady’s work illustrates her depth of knowledge and expertise.
Known for her artistic eye, Latady uses color, texture, and sustainable materials to anchor her designs and reflect her client’s vision. Her years growing up on the Gulf Coast inspire her mix of formal and informal gardens using locally sourced materials to create welcoming and seamless landscapes.
With a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Mississippi State University, Latady was recognized as The Outstanding Landscape Architect Graduate and received National acclaim as the ACSA Design Winner. Continuing to lead in her profession, Latady served as President of the American Society of Landscape Architects, Alabama Chapter. She currently serves on the Continuing Education Committee of the Alabama Board of Examiners of Landscape Architects.
Fun Fact: Latady resides in Fairhope, AL where she enjoys reading, kayaking, long walks along the bay, and volunteering within her community.
Nick Stanley is originally from a small town in South Georgia and his love of the outdoors, horticulture and landscaping began at an early age. Some of his fondest memories are working alongside his grandfather in one of the many established gardens the family maintained throughout the year. As he grew older, his interest in plant cultivation continued and he went on to study environmental horticulture and landscape management. With more than 15 years of experience, Nick’s career began in Atlanta where he managed both commercial and residential accounts for some of the city’s premiere, award-winning landscaping firms. Nick has worked with some of Atlanta’s largest design/build players on the commercial side, as well as a number of high-end residential property owners with needs that varied from elaborate renovations to more traditional designs and seasonal enhancements.
Nick and his wife Anna, along with their two kids traded in the traffic and crowds for a much more relaxed, slower paced lifestyle on the beautiful Eastern Shore. Nick brings a unique perspective to Bay Landscaping, and is enthusiastic about helping customers achieve their goals. His commitment to quality and attention to detail helps ensure he not only meets, but exceeds customer expectations.
Fun Fact: One of Nick’s hobbies is building custom heart-pine furniture for his friends and family.He also enjoys coaching youth baseball, fishing and is especially proud of the annual flower garden he and his daughter grow and maintain each year.
Patrick Finnerty, is originally from Denver, Co. He was “transplanted” to Alabama in his youth, where he attended Prep School. While attending prep, he enjoyed playing football and baseball. After prep, he began pursuing his Civil/Structural Engineering degree, following in his father’s footsteps. However, he quickly found a love of horticulture. This love has taken him from Massachusetts to Mobile. From New England Estates to Mix use Developments, his extensive experience coupled with his eye for design allow him to meet the challenges associated with today’s construction industry.
Fun Fact: He enjoys going on adventures with his wife and son. When time allows you will find him either on the golf course doing "research" or tinkering with is antique cars.
Residential Construction Manager
Greg is a Mobile native and graduate of Mary G. Montgomery high school. He then went on to serve his country in the Army for 4 years before coming home and finding a job in industrial construction. He spent 7 years working for Lipford Construction and several other reputable construction companies. Now he is a valuable asset to Bay Landscaping, Inc. where he oversees all major projects.
Fun Fact: Greg enjoys playing pool and relaxing on the weekends. You can always catch Greg wearing a big smile and a hat of some sort. Most days it is his black cowboy hat!
Melanie Scogin was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. She landed in Mobile by way of Oregon in 1995. Melanie earned an Associate's degree from Faulkner University in 1997 where she also served as the treasurer of Phi Theta Kappa Honor society. Melanie has experience from her University and some of the most premier restaurants in NOLA. We are delighted to have her on our team bringing over 20 years of experience in accounting and office management.
Fun Fact: Melanie enjoys hiking, the outdoors, and traveling with her family.
Bridgette Moss grew up in Waynesboro, MS. She moved to Mobile in 2003 after receiving her Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from the University of Southern Mississippi. After working in Interior Design for 7 years she took time off to be a new mom to her wonderful son Kenton. When it was time to go back to work Bridgette decided to put her many years of customer service experience to good use. She joined Bay Landscaping, Inc in 2016 and has become a valued team member.
Fun Fact: Bridgette loves living in Mobile because of of the rich history, tradition, and culture. She enjoys the beach and listening to live music. She and her son enjoy discovering new local bands and artists.
Director of Marketing & Co-Owner
Sloane Parker is a native of Mobile, AL and graduated from St. Paul’s Episcopal School in 2006. Sloane then went to the University of South Alabama where she ultimately graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Communications and a Minor in Sociology. She also has her real estate license and has been an active realtor in Mobile since 2009. With this knowledge, Sloane comes to Bay Landscaping, Inc. with passion and energy that leads our marketing team.
Fun Fact: When she is not in the office, Sloane is busy as a mom to three children and a dog: Chloe, Alys, Alexander, and Pancakes. Sloane enjoys traveling, fishing with her father, eating sushi, and being near the water.
